In the space of 30 minutes concoct your lunch in the kitchen of the workshop guided by talented chefs, and enjoy it on site around our table d'hôtes. The dish you will concoct is a back of cod stung with diced chorizo, accompanied by a pepperade with flavors from the Basque country and spiced up with thin slices of dry goat's cheese.
